Sayzio.com image and video Submission Policy

By accessing Sayzio and submitting media (photograph/image and/or video) to be uploaded, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Any media containing cartoons, comics, celebrities, nudity, pornography, sexually explicit images or any copyrighted materials (unless you own the copyright) is not permitted. Please note that media of celebrities, cartoon and/or comic images are generally copyrighted by the owner.
2. For security and privacy reasons, any media that contains personally identifiable contact information such as name, phone number, email address or website URL is not permitted and will be immediately removed by Sayzio.
3. Uploading any media of people without their permission is also prohibited and will be removed by Sayzio.
4. Submitted photos are limited to a size of 2MB and must be in JPG, or PNG format.
5. This submission policy applies only to Sayzio users.
6. Sayzio.com reserves the right to review all media and to remove any media for any reason at our sole discretion. If you see media on Sayzio that you believe does not conform to the Submission Policies listed above, please send the link here with a short explanation of why the photo does not conform to our policies.

User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions

While we welcome your comments and feedback regarding our Site, our products and our services, we do not want to receive and do not accept confidential or proprietary ideas, suggestions, materials or other information. Accordingly, please note that all comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, materials, information, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Sayzio on shall be and remain Sayzio's property.

Product Information
The products displayed on the Sayzio Online store can be ordered and delivered anywhere in the world. The prices displayed at the Site, however, are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Sayzio. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Sayzio also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Sayzio's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Sayzio, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

You may optionally sign up for text notifications. These include password resets, changing a password, one-time-passwords, and notifications for subscriptions in which you've enrolled.
