FREE DIY Birthday Party Printables for a Birthday Party on a Budget

If you've ever been stuck for low budget birthday ideas or cupcake designs, these free printables are a great solution. Just have some of these cupcake toppers and their matching gift bags on hand, and you'll have instant festivity!

The templates, which I designed for the fun party site Pizzazzerie.com, come in three designs and three color schemes, which allow you to mix and match or stick to one set of colors. All the topper templates can also be used to make 3D or flat versions.

These .jpg templates are easy to make, especially if you follow the step-by-step instructions included in the zip file. You can download the printable files below at this link:

You'll need a PDF reader to read the instructions. If you don't have one already, Adobe Acrobat software is free and easy to use.

CREDITS: Thanks to Josy Carson for the base graphics used to make the balloons and party hats, and to WendyBird Designs for the bag template.
